Oh there's definitely a market for non-nude camming. I wouldn't do anything I wasn't totally comfortable with. (mostly cuz I'd be bad at it.) Prostitution is illegal here though, I'm not conventionally attractive enough to have much luck with finding a sugar daddy (zero tits, short hair, baby-face), plus having to meet up when I'm living at home would be a lot harder than just quietly camming while my family's asleep.

20lbs in two months is doable without drugs but it's not as sustainable as slower loss. You'd do a lot better increasing your muscle mass before dieting down, it'll give you a higher metabolic rate and you won't end up looking like total shit thinking you're still fat at auschwitz level BMIs because you're soft and out of shape. It's a little difficult at the start, but your body adjusts after a week or so. You could start with 16:8 IF and then move to OMAD to do it more gradual. Intermittent fasting actually makes you less hungry though. If you don't spike your insulin in the morning, it's a lot easier to not eat until later. You also learn that hunger comes in waves, which is a powerful thing to learn.

I'll start by advising you to not listen to me, but in short give yourself anorexia. earlier this year I was a bit chubby, and decided I wanted to lose weight, I did run a minimum of 3.5 miles a day at a fastish pace but I wasn't really trying so I didn't lose weight. then I decided I was done with it, and started to not eat breakfast or lunch and occasionally dinner. even when I ate dinner I was eating around 1000 calories and I only drank water, at this time I started running faster and longer. fast forward 3 months and I had lost somewhere between 30 and 40 pounds. the key to maintaining this is to choose a rare occasion, for me it was going out with friends, and allowing myself to eat a normal amount for one meal. throughout this entire time you must keep telling yourself you are still fat and need to eat less, you need to believe this and if you do you won't be able to stop. the reason I don't recommend this is because doing this put my mental health in the shitter and I ended up being forced to get professional help. this post is too long

I'm at a good weight but extremely skinnyfat. Does anyone have workout tips for someone with chronic illness? I need something mild enough that it won't trigger migraines or make my fatigue worse, but challenging enough so that I can slowly improve my fitness level.

I walk 60-120min a day. Last week I was really sick though so I only did 30 min on Sat & Sun.

this is gonna sound like a cliché basic bitch move but yoga might be a good option. it's low impact as far as exercise goes and actually builds muscle and flexibility (depending on the stretch), and it's something you can do inside. as long as you do the breathing right it shouldn't aggravate your migraine problem but everyone's different so obviously there's no guarantee. gl

I've hit a wall and I don't know what to do.
I've cut my diet to the point I feel comfortable. I'm an *extremely* picky eater (I have OCD) so I cut my portion sizes rather than change what I eat. I can't cut my portions any more without feeling like I'm eating barely anything and without snacking constantly.
I try exercise and I start well but always lose motivation after a week or so.

To add on to this post. I ran 3-5 miles 3 days a week and biked 5 miles once a week while eating basically nothing and lost about 30 pounds in 5 weeks. I was at a summer camp where we had designated meal times and I would basically just eat a couple of grilled chicken breasts and a banana. I also played soccer some mornings. It got me really skinny really quickly but it was kind of brutal.

I can do OMAD and workout, but on multiday fasts I can only do light exercise such as biking or walking. There is a point where you get energy, but it seems to come in waves. Multiday fasting requires me to take it easy.

No, your body gives preference to burning fat over muscle especially in a fasted state. Research shows things like HGH actually rise. I think his recommendation of doing a fast is an impractical place for you to start though. Fasting is great on multiple levels, but you need to research it and determine what would work best for you first. I'd say to start you should look into trying OMAD and a 750cal deficit or similar. You can always increase from there.
