Self control is good, just remember moderation is key. Eating too little is pretty bad for you.

fasting is like one of those things that rich skinny people do but don't talk about because otherwise everyone would just have anorexia instead of just being naturally skinny

Lose fat sure, but have a proper diet with protein and put on some muscle otherwise you are the most pathetic type of human physically.

fasting is unsustainable. so is being crack-whore level skinny.

I have no choice but to fast a lot.
I have a stomach condition that sometimes prevents me from eating anything up to about 5 days.
Only recently have I been able to eat regularly with it... after 15 years of having it.

You might be interested in "Intermittent Fasting" Its basically fasting for 16 hours then having a time period of 4 hours where you eat and then back to fasting. Its pretty popular. Google it

That's what I do. How long I fast varies though, but I don't fast for days if that's what people in this thread thinks.

I was feeling so fat and i was starting to folow ana diets of eating invisible food from an empty bowl etc.

Then my girlfriend got me into stone rose and yung lean chief keef and i caught the lazy skinny fat vibes lol
