During this time i leave the top of the suit home and no tie.
When mandatory for meeting I use a light linen one.

We do not generally wear 3-piece suits during the summer, 2-piece is fine.
Mostly everywhere is air conditioned too.

Also, fully canvassed suits are much more airy and cool than cheap glued Hugo Boss crap that doesn't breathe.
