Levi's 510s go for ~$15 off of depop (used). They aren't designer jeans or anything but they fit well and will last a decent amount of washes. Best bang for your buck imo.

Nudie makes a lot of jeans in a variety of fits. I would read on their website to see which one is right for you. They have a tendency to have pretty tight jeans. You can get these used for around $90 on Grailed.

Acne Stay Cash jeans are absolutely worth the money and probably the best pair of jeans I own. You can get them off of depop or grailed for around $100 and I prefer them over my nudies but I have yet to wear a fit besides tilted tor.

Do not buy RM Williams if you don't get a chance to try them on in. The sillhouette on Chelseas in the pricepoint of 4-500ish dollars is very bulky. Acne's boots look very nice but I'll warn you they run small. IMO you should hold out until you can spend 700-1000 on SLP's, dries, or prada. After about 600$ the quality difference is virtually nonexistant, BUT, the brand (even if it doesn't matter to you know) will matter 6 months or 5 years down the road and you will not have regretted spending the extra 500 or so on a very tight silhouette shoe. pic related is the boot I ended up getting a year ago. Still love them and I don't regret the purchase at all.

How do you reliably find decent men's pants with a 27-28" inseam without just buying 30+" and having them tailored?

My man is also gorilla mode. 6'0 and lifts, but short legs. His fingertips literally reach the sides of his knees when he stands up straight. He's still got the thickness of a 6'0 guy, though, so he needs a 28" inseam AND room in the calves, thoughs, ass, and waist like a 6'0 guy does, but most shorter jeans are made for small, thin guys.
