when i visited barcelona last summer like 90 percent of the guys were wearing them. maybe its a southern euro thing

switch between cuffed pants/jeans & t shirt combo and a light sweater/hoodie or a button up shirt and shorts

dont wear a hoodie and pants at the same time you look like youve never gone outside before

Idk i feel like Jorts are pretty much a sin because they don't do anything except remind you that jeans exist. I would just rather wear jeans because they look better, aren't that much warmer, and at least cover the entire leg for practicality's sake.
