Absolutely this, but it also fucks with your blood pressure really heavy. I started having really bad chest and heart problems on this shit. I got a nose bleed on the first week, and it didn't stop until like 1 week after i stopped taking it.

Also beard results weren't that good anyway. My existing hairs got darker but new hairs barely came in. If you have a tough heart and stable blood levels I guess you can give it a try.

My asian homie taking it too and he has no side effects and looking like the wolverine cause of this shit.

I've been using this shit for years for hair.

Would not recommend for beard, not effective at all.
