Every time I wear a crew neck sweater with a shirt I feel like I'm chocking and the collar is too tight around my neck

I've suffered through it a few nights because it looked good, but I've never worn a crew neck sweater to work because of that, I could never last 11-12 hours in one. All my work sweaters are v-necks
