So anyone can have high cheekbones if lose enough bf?

If you don't have them by default, only anorexia will help.
>>12552260
what about those "holes"?
>>12552286
bald
>>12552263
i would assume everyone gets them to a varying degree
you will literally have to be Auschwitz tier, I'd recommend plastic surgery but before that I would go to a maxillofacial surgeron
>>12552263
you get them by having developed zygos/cheeks and mandible and low enough bodyfat
>>12552263
That is the "hollow cheek look" and, yes, everyone can have it
>>12552321
Also true, the typical body fat % required for everyone to have the hollow cheeks is about 8 but realistically around 12>>12552321
% (note that athletic builds have around 15% and high performance body builders/models push 8% at the very lowest but it can be horrible for health (and looks))
For all anons curious, your body fat % is in no way related to your bmi. Bmi has 6 different equations with 6 varied answers and tries to relate height and weight to health. The issue, as you may already realize is that means a short but very muscular male will have an obese bmi. As well, a person with marfan syndrome and is obese will appear healthy on a bmi chart. Body fat % can be calculated online and calculators have a +/- of 3%. I recommend looking into body fat % rather than bmi for weight loss, and what is the healthy body fat % for your sex and age

>if lose enough bf?
You look like you have at least 7 bf, no problem dropping 2 or 3.

i have high cheekbones but quite soft cheeks, they're more visible in a side profile and when i've taken a shit/ not eaten much.
Is there a way i can make them more annunciated/ visible?
