Don't do a undercut anon. Your hairline isn't strong enough to pull it off.And since you gained weight, your face is way too round for it.
If I was you, I would concentrate on the weight issue first. Go to /fit/ they can help you on that.
But going back to the hair, since you have a good beard, keep that and start thinking about buzz it all out if you really need to cut the hair.
Then when you get thinner you can think about growing a hair style that gives you a little bit of structure, to balance out the roundness of your face.
