I am 40 and I only shaved my chest once in my life - last summer.

Probably not doing it again either. The metrosexual era ruined my eyebrows.

This me flexing to cramps. My legs are the source of my biggest shame. It used to be my huge ass, but I rebuilt it quiet nicely, it's firm and looks normal. But my legs are still near atrophy tier.

leg/arm hair is fine
pubic hair should be trimmed
chest hair can be either shaved or grown out
back hair is the worst

The only hair I get rid of anymore is my nipple hair and excess pubic hair that spills out of my briefs.
