Well I really only ate like 500 calories a day, during the week, and 1,000 on weekends. Exercise wasn't much more than walking 5-6 miles day - mind you this is more effective in the sweltering heat, as you'd find in Florida - and about 2 hours of basketball a day. If you really want to get those numbers down FAST, I'd say don't only take into account caloric intake, but also the net weight of the food you consume.

Not the healthiest thing ever, but hey expediency is king where vanity is concerned.

One thing I have been thinking about doing, and I have a feeling it will make a massive difference despite being a small change, is darkening my eyebrows.

I have dark red hair, but my eyebrows are light brown to blonde, quite hard to see from a distance, I figure people look fucking odd if they have no eyebrows, and if mine are hard to see, that probably almost makes my face look as weird as if my eyebrows were shaven.

I wonder if there is a good cheap way to "Trial" it before I commit.

I don't know about you specifically, but in my experience, eyebrows are very important. I know plenty of people that won't leave the house without their brows done at least. That's how much of a difference they make to your face.

Just buy a cheap drug store eyebrow pencil and see if it works. Watch a youtube tutorial on how to draw them on because if you don't, it will look horrendous. Not only do you need to draw them on using the pencil end, you need to use a brush thingo to comb through them to get the coloring even at least. Good luck.

Pic Related are products I use now.
I don't really use astringent too often. For the past 2 years I used to used to exfoliate 4-5 times a week. I havent done it in a few months, because my skin has been clear. I wash my face every morning, then shave, then moisturize.
I've done a lot of different things over the years, but this is what's working right now. That pic was from 2014.
I used to use witch hazel once a day.A few months ago I was on epiduo which helped but I only had a one month prescription then my dermatologist kept fucking up my prescription so I havent used it since.
I also stay hydrated, diet, and go to the gym.
I would just recommend exfoliating and using astringent. It's a really long process. Would also rec seeing a derm. Mine didnt really help too much, but still useful.
