Depends, do you mean real, sartorial business casual or American business casual (just khakis and tie)?

I'm a kind of young lawyer (28), and I don't wear suits or ties unless I have an audience. I mostly dress kind of preppy, oxford shirts, polos, sport jackets. If I wasn't a lawyer most people would think I'm overdressed, even tho it's super casual stuff, thats how fucked up fashion is atm.

American maybe. I don't know. Just post some fits and brands.

Where do you work and what do you do? That will determine my suggestions, as it varies for location and vocation.

Also, do you want to blend in or be stylish (in a formal way)?
