Don't have a routine off the top of my head, but the best way to get a bubble butt is weight lifting desu. If you want exercises that focus on the glutes without hitting the thighs too hard, hip thrusts, glute bridges, glute kickbacks are all excellent choices. I'd look on /fit/ for some advice. Lifting doesn't necessarily have to equal bulk, it all depends on your diet and routine.

Niggas all you have to do is eat healthy and do cardio. Stop eating sugary shitty everyday and you'll be fine. I lost 15 pounds after I cut out sweets + shitty.

In my case had this idea of keeping the lowest weight possible so I could fit in some cheats meals here and there. Now that I finally reached goal weight I just don't crave cheats anymore. After you learn to eat better you won't miss pizza and cake at all. Now sometimes I crave rice or milk and sometimes I need to remember myself to eat because I can easily go for a day without food.

Well, the downside of having too little bodyfat is that the world is cold as fuck all the time and sometimes you avoid doing things because it's cold.

A weird thing about cooking with "healthy" food is that you either put a bit more effort into cooking or you won't feel like eating.

In the past, 8 pm, I would be like "lets go to the supermarket get some bread or cake" or "I really need to order a burger today". remember being a teenager and too focused on ragnarok that I wont eat and my mom would remember me to eat. Then I grew up and had my phase of emotional eating, to a point where eating was the most exciting point of my days. Now, thanks to God, I'm back to someone needs to remember me to eat. Eating is good but not eating is eating too.
Also sometimes I feel the need for a fast day. Coffee only breakfast feels good for some reason. Coffee + food (generally bowl of oatmeal) makes the coffee meh for some reason. Don't know why traditionally people get coffee + croissant or cake at coffee house, it just makes the coffee not that good.

It has to do as much with what you eat as it does how much. If you are eating very low calories, make sure they are quality ones. Skip the brownies and mashed potatoes not because of the calories, but because you should instead eat something very dense in nutrients. I also recommend adding a multivitamin.

hey guys! i've had a bad habit of getting off my diet then getting back on then off, but that ends today. i'm currently drafting a "battle plan" document (my diet regiments, exercise plan, reminders, tips, etc). i am going to go back on keto, and try to run/walk more. i was also going to do intermittent day fasting, and i'd do that with the help of nicotine gum + ephedrine. of course, i know i can't just get started on a super restricting dietary/workout life within a couple days, so i'm going to gradually shift into that.
i'm currently 5'4", 145 lbs. i am just very tired of hating myself this way, and i figure if i can solve this image issue to an extent i can focus on my other problems, and progress in life.

i would like some tips/advice from this community. i visit here a lot and enjoy you all! i was wondering if there were any good thinspo social media accounts that were active, that way i can have a daily reminder of some sort? i was talking to this guy who was helping me with this stuff, but i recently cut off ties with him. thanks for any help! i will succeed this time :^)

Only time I ever got away with such a feat was eating 300-500 calories, then binging like mad in the evening and purging it all. Would not reccomend- swimming is great, though. Do some intermittent fasting (preferably after exercise, you're more ravenous then) with mostly protein + fats. Shirataki noodles are great for filling yourself up with what feels like a cheat meal for ~20 calories.

That was leangains trying to answer people who were worried about adding a splash of creamer in their coffee, and it ended up being used by a bunch of fatties to justify eating more. The point of it was if people want some butter or creamer in their coffee, it's not going to ruin their intermittent fast. If you have 10 calories of creamer in your coffee, or a vitamin that has 5 calories, it's not going to ruin things. What fat people interpreted this as, is "oh I can eat as long as I don't go over 50 calories"
