I don't think they can. I was just saying in another thread I got this Pendleton x Levis jacket I get no use out of. The sleeves are too long but they also have a silky lining that traps sweat, they suck.
If a denim vest wasn't shit I'd have those sleeves off. The thing that sold me was the nice, woolly lining.
