Yes as long as its only to even your skin, using only concealer, foundation and a good primer. Make sure they're your exact tone so you don't look like a cheeto. Maybe nude eyeshadow can look good too if well applied.

In South Korea it's not too uncommon for guys to have foundation, concealer, toner, highlighter etc to have better skin. People know and nobody cares. The rest of the world should follow that example
