I'm posting here since google gives me next to nothing about the subject. How durable are Ultraboosts with Continental soles? I have UB replicas and the sole wears down FAST with just walking around, but that's to be expected since they probably have the cheapest rubber in China, even though they're high quality reps.
Has anyone used UBs with Continental soles and ones without? Any noticable difference between them? Trying to do the math and see if retail UBs are worth copping.

I don't own any 1.0's, but from everything I've gathered the continental really is an improvement. Never seen continentals worn down to the boost.
I own two pairs with the continental sole and they've held up pretty well. I do have a rotation of about 6 shoes I mainly wear, but both have been getting a decent amount of wear and the soles are still in good condition.
Gave the soles a quick wash so you can see the actual wear better. Got the red pair in august, but couldn't wear them during the winter. Got the black pair in february and I've been wearing them alot since.
The sole is not a reason that would make me not get them. I don't think they wear down that fast.

Wow I wasn't expecting a so detailed answer. Thank you for taking the time to take pictures. There's next to no wear on the soles. The soles on my reps looked like that after the first wear and quickly became much worse.
Of course having other shoes in your rotation helps a lot, and it's a thing I'm working on right now, it'll really slow down the wear. I'll probably buy a retail pair as soon as my reps wear out, it seems to be very much worth it.
