If you have broad shoulders, t shirt one size up from just right. Get a loose pure cotton t like American apparel super soft.

Baggy so lots of airflow, loose so no flub showing. Avoid white because nips.

drink only water for some days
don't eat any bread or milk or sugar when you do have to eat something
only eat meat/poultry/fish, fruit, and veggies + nuts, beans, lentils, seeds etc

i was worried about sizing up from medium to large, i don't want to look like some hoodlum, but i suppose m to l isnt as bad as m to xl
