Working in finance doesn't prevent you from eating less, even if you have sedentary working conditions. Everything in your life will benefit from exercising at least a few times per week.

Plus, stimulants are GOAT for working in finance. Coffeine, Adderall, Ritalin. They will keep you sharp and kill your appetite.

I don't put cream or sugar in my coffee. I only pour some cold water in it, so I can swallow it in one gulp and return to work.
