That's what I'm wondering. Smart casual at work with button down and jeans/chinos? Semi formal with a jacket? Probably not a full suit. Shorts and a short sleeve button down or polo, maybe?

I know nothing, but my gut tells me they are over designed and will stick out like a sore thumb- trade style for comfort, ie essential dad core.
