What people think Marfans looks like and what it actually looks like are different.

I met a guy with actual Marfans and that guy looked like he'd blow away if you blew on him too hard. Long and lanky and gangly and not attractive at all.

What does that even mean? Do you have a legitimate medical condition or are you just a thin guy with long legs? Because Marfan syndrome is very distinct and you almost definitely won't mistake a tall skinny guy for someone who has it.
