lol what I am 5'6 and size S fit me great, I even have a short torso for my height, stop being fat and get comfortable with wearing tighter fitting clothes

It sounds like you're having a lot of trouble with your butt. Why not just lose weight? The skinny aesthetic works pretty well for short guys. Sure, the shirt thing can be annoying, but if you're seriously using your gut to keep your shirts high you're fat enough that you'll look like shit even in bespoke shirts. Just eat less.
