Nope, Its more noticeable after showering and gradually dissapeers after that, but it's still slightly visible even after shaving conpletely.

It's just more pale because the sun isn't getting to the skin through the hair.

What race are you anon? My asian qt has this, and she can't grow much facial hair so the tips people give in this thread aren't helpful for her. She does have some nice peach fuzz though :)
