This is one of the most awkward fits I've ever seen. Nothing goes together.

The diy jeans look bad, the shoes are out of place with pants and jacket. Top half is a bit more cohesive but still a mess. To me the jacket is the only good piece and it requires a cleaner simpler fit to work well. I'd use something like the Story Mfg ss15 lookbook for inspiration.

Your closet needs more color to pull off Royal Navy blue. Just in general that's a hard color to make work because the pigment is so strong. Either have it compete with other strong colors or wear muted stuff that compliment. (Don't think grayscale compliments)
