Camo. Camo cargo shorts. Camo 5.11 cargo pants. Camo t-shirt. Random tactical or hunting boots, or cheap sneakers from Wal-mart. Optional stuff - red MAGA hat, anything confederate flag oriented, any branded clothing item from a hunting equipment company. Nascar stuff.

Seriously, tho. Old suthun monied folk tend to copy New England "Prep" style, but the color scheme tends to the ice cream pastels. Seer sucker is popular, if you can pull it off. It works well in the heat and humidity.

Personally, I go all Jimmy Buffet, with Hawaiian shirts and cut-off blue jeans, or cargo shorts. Roman style sandals, or canvas slipons for foot wear. Broad brim straw hat to keep the sun at bay.

OP, you will wear a casual seer sucker suit and sip a bourbon old fashion or you will wear jean shorts and a wife beater and sip Budweiser. Those are your options.
