i've heard he's an asshole, and his recent lean towards "less insufferable gary vaynerchuk" is not my tempo, but i have to admire the guy for being very media savvy. he doesn't seem to be anyone's puppet, and he clearly values virality above all, so props to him for hustling youtube so hard.
