No, just a drawer with vitamins/supplements/salt/oil/tea. If I have snacks in the house I overeat. Which I do all the time anyway because my parents do things like offer me chocolate in the evening and bring things like cookies and ice cream into the house. I completely agree, but I have to make 100% sure that I eat something healthy and not too high in calories to wean myself off of the hunger. I've done it where I don't eat until 6pm then have a moment of weakness and order dominoes. Thankfully, those times are behind me and I just eat fruit now.

I do te same, i work with childrens birthday parties and get offered alot of candy and chips and the like. I always acept it and take it home and there it goes in my bad stuff box. When i have people over i can offer them something without having to buy that shit myself. For me it works better to have it in a seperated box than just having it in my kitchen caninet

If you keep some junk food in the house and you have people over, you can offer it to them and they'll assume you snack on it but still stay thin. Less questions about whether you 'get to' enjoy junk food.

And not eating any of it and just letting it sit there confirms you are completely over it. It is no longer tempting.

And that the efficiency for converting food energy into stored fat was 14%.

So if you want to "lose" 1b of fat you need a calorie deficit of 3600.

If you want to gain 1lb you need to consume a 26,000 calorie surplus.

I don't recall if there was ever a distinction between the sources of food energy and how the body metabolised them.

Either way, it shouldn't matter much.

I blacked out at a clothing shop yesterday because I was restricting, didn't take my vitamins/iron pills (I have anemia), and put my body through previously much-avoided physical activity.

I was super fat (260lb at 6') before I stepped back and realized what I was doing to myself. A year and change later I'm at 190lb and you'd better believe muscular thighs look pretty good. I never even did leg day when I started lifting, but it looked like I did because I was carrying around so much weight everyday. Truthfully, I think starting fat is better, even if you're going to have some stretch marks. It gives you a perspective on how it is to be fat that nobody but fat or ex-fat people will know, and it definitely helps you keep in line on your diet or whatever you're doing.

I've been yo-yoing 5 pounds for the last 3 months. I'm at 105 right now and want to be 95. I need to get remotivated. It feels so close yet so far.
Has this happened to anyone here? How were you able to get back on track?

Easter fucked me up for a good few weeks and I was so desperate to get back on track that I water fasted for a week and my brain just kind of reset itself. Plus when you're not focusing on eating your mind never shuts up and I had a semi existential crisis where I questioned if I really wanted this and the answer was hell yes.

I don't recommend jumping straight into something like this though do some research first.

Like I don't normally have any trouble with binge eating when I'm sober and I don't consider myself to have any sort of eating disorder but when I'm drunk I can eat like 4000 calories easy.
