You just have to get used to it. First few times I shaved it itched like a mother fucker and got razor bumps. Now I could dry-shave down there and be fine.

you can train for it, but its partly genetic, its basically just your upper pecs being more developed than your lower pecs. Focusing on incline bench and barbell OHP will help achieve that look

Eh, it should be somewhere in between in my opinion, too smooth just makes you look like a kid. Especially if you're shaving arms and legs. I'd say let those stay hairy unless you just are a fucking bear.

Trim your pubes so it's not too long, but don't shave completely. Just keep it nice and short. Chest is more discretionary. It depends on how "rugged" you want your style. I personally like a litte hair on guys chests, I think it's hot as fuck when I'm cuddling and run my hand through their chest hair. But if you want to clean it all, that's fine too. Stomach shoul be trimmed if you're keeping hair, try to make it more of a V from your chest with a narrowing path to your pubes.

For sure shave your shoulders and back if you get hairy there. That's just gross.
