You bring up exercising, and while that can work to emphasize a portion of your body, it does not counteract body type. It does not automatically change your porportions (bone structure, fat distribution).

i don't really hate my body, but it's a pain in the ass to find tops that fit. I'm 32DDD and 5'4, have a very narrow waist and wide hips. Only thing that seems to work are form-fitting tops, loose ones make me look fat because of how they hang off my boobs and button ups are difficult for the same reason. Yes and then push some fat and plastic back in the right places with plastic surgery for the real freak show effect. Face it, humans vary in shapes as a result of their race, genetics, youth and living conditions. You will never become the fastest swimmer or best proportioned bodybuilder or most crane like model just by having low body fat and training the correct muscles. You can certainly attain an attractive silhouette by being fit but this idea that every one can look just like they want is they just try hard enough is just as stupid and harmful as the idea that people are disgusting fatties or hungry skeletons purely because of their genetics. Look at your body, identify its strength and weaknesses, improve but ultimately accept if you're an amazon, fae, midget, petite, thick, etc.

There are factors that can be influenced, like diet or exercise. Other traits like height or limb proportion are passed on genetically. However you are the sculptor of your own body. It doesn't matter if won't be the most perfect on earth, but if you're not even trying don't complain about body type or whatever.
