I think that based on your bartender outfit you don't need to change anything. why have everything in black? the white and green is a nice detail in your outfit.

what did you have in mind?

the timex weekender is like a small military style field watch. Seiko/Pulsar/Lorus/Citizen/Casio have plenty of these. then again, as a bartende you should rather look at dress watches. like an Orient Bambino. it's much bigger however.

See, I don't want everything in black, but I believe the dark green is too different to match but too similar to stand out. It ends up looking like a failed attempt

those are kinda hard to find.
there is a small very basic 33mm analog Casio like that but it's it's all plastic. same with Swatch standard gent watches but those are ticking too loudly anyway, just like Timex.

the only one I've seen on amazon which is 36mm diameter is this watch by Regent. but I believe those are only available in german speaking countries. you'd have to check if you can order them yourself depending on where you live.
