Well whats peak? It already existed in the last days of the GDR and was one of the few things that connected people from the East and West after the Berlin Wall fell. Its heyday was early-mid 90s till 2000s or so, but the scene is still very big and active in Berlin and cities like Leipzig.

Depends on what type of rave it is. Scandinavian psytrance people look different from East German techno or some chavs overdosing on GBL in Liverpool. Whats with the hostility? I just wear fitted monochome/black with gats or wore down chucks

At illegal techno raves in germany most people dress in minimalist allblackeverything clothing or athleisure/ 80s tracksuits.
Also, there is a big revival of buffallo platform shoes, italian sportswear and white trash/gabber stuff like everlast, lonsdale but afaik mostly in berlin
