Shorts for leg day, joggers for chest and back day

I wear sweatpants but they stretch from the ass when I squat and end up looking baggy

what should I wear to avoid this?

I wear this, fieldhockey shorts. (because I play fieldhockey)
They are so great because they are comfy and even have zippers!

Depends on the season.

bottom:
>soccer/running/bball/training shorts
>sweatpant joggers/soccer pants/trackpants
>rugby shorts/cross country shorts

top:
>cut off shirt, old thrifted shirt/old sports shirt/blank shirt
>fitted shirt, sports team logo or generic athletic logo
