Thrift shops and your parent's wardrobes are the best bet for old caps. Personally I wear the same baseball cap I wore 15 years ago as a kid.

Seriously anything old is indestructible. You can buy all dad hats you want but they are cheap chinese shit that doesn't last a year and they don't get patina, only broken because use of synthetic materials.

So thrift shop, parents/grandparents/relatives and finally maybe ebay.
