Go outside man, go to your local market, finding stuff 'in the wild' is always much cooler than finding stuff online because of the sense of discovery

Punk record stores, army surplus shops and general hippie stalls will all sell tons of patches.

Also if you see someone in public wearing a patch you like, ask them where they got it and thats a good way to discover new places
