I can't tell if it touches the hard tissue but if not it won't work on soft tissue. If it is for hard tissue, it could work after a LONG time, years of wear. But it's a bad idea because it would compress your bone/cartilage and not your nostrils, and it would make it harder to breathe. If it's a cheap product it could deform your nose if you wore it for years.

I've seen people do certain nose massaging exercises on Korean tv shows, but mostly all bull shit imo. Just like the V chin shapers. But it doesn't hurt to try and to get results you would probably have to do it consistently for months.
