Its fake. Women are only preggo for 9 months and most only show abit belly around 6 months so that would only leave you with only 3 month time frame to hunt down a model who is actually looking good and the shape you want. Women, even models, often look fucking awful and not the classic preggo shape. Also add that models tend to be very young, underweight and not married, why would you want to have a baby, it would ruin your career most likely too. They use those fake pregnancy suits like actors use, and obviously touch the photo up afterwards.
