Compare your hair to this guy's. Notice how his looks healthy with volume. That's what you want. Notice how his is lifted at the top while yours is flat and droopy at your scalp. You need to keep brushing it up and back while shampooing more to get that volume. You can also use products to get a good lift (although I'm not sure which ones so look it up). Just look after you hair in general and you'll look much better.

Other tips would be to not fuck with your eyebrows, since they're a little thin. I'd want to grow those a bit. Also, look into a hair oil to get rid of some of that frizz. I use tea tree oil mixed with coconut in a paste and conditioner, no shampoo.
