copped some NMDs in mesh earlier today. the rear heel part rubs hard and the shoe generally feels weird and uncomfortable. sizing is spot on though, I tried .05 down and up before buying so I know these are right. I got white mesh NMDs. I also experienced the heel rub as well as some chaffing around the mouth of the shoe. I just wore socks with them for a while so I still felt the rubbing but none of the chaff. After wearing them in (about a week and a half worths of walking) the uncomfortableness goes away. I think you'll just get used to the show's "hugging" feel too so that won't be a problem for too long

Worn shoes, despite being 1.0 Ultra Boosts aren't going up in value the way you think. DS pairs sure, but worn, nah.

2.0 looks good on some cw's, 3.0 looks good on most cw's, and the 4.0 is going to be great.

Op here, 1.0 knit is overrated. The only reason people prefer 1.0's is because they want to be a part of the OG crowd. If the 2.0 knit released first, everyone would say that those were the best and everything else that follows is subpar. Nobody wants to admit it but it's true. The OG NMD restock was indeed huge quantities, but it sold out purely because of hype. All the fuccbois and resellers thought they were getting on some rare and limited shit, because the original release was so low in numbers. If they originally made same number of pairs as they are making now with gr mesh NMD's they would've probably originally sat on shelves too. So much of the hype on some colourways and models revolves around the fact that original stock numbers were really low and people couldn't cop the shoes.
On the re-released OG NMD's now the resale prices are low and the shoe is ugly. Pretty much everyone who really wanted a pair got their's for retail.

It doesn't work that way. I've never seen a one sided opinion when it comes to preference to sneakers. Every one will always say they prefer 1.0 because of the pattern. little if few prefer other UB because of comfort or the upgraded sole. But like I said. it's onesided as it gets. People prefer the air yeezy 2 to air yeezy 1. yeezy 350 v1 vs V2 is probably 50/50 in terms of preference. I can go on and on. This is a really nice nmd colorway imo. I really like the plugs being white since they blend in to the sole and don't stand out too much. Subtle but a nice detail.

Imo you don't have to show ankles as long as your jeans aren't too loose. This colorway us only sold as women's, but they have been pretty easy to cop the past couple weeks, just size up 1 for men's.

Yeah I wasn't too impressed either. The materials could've been way better. Stitched leather stripes instead of the glued ones would already make a huge difference. Also a gazelle type tongue would be way nicer. Maybe even swap the mesh for something else.

Just went shopping and tried them on.
The 3.0 pk is way too thin and flimsy, 2.0 is way better in terms of support. Would have to go a half size down which would be too narrow for me.
Not worth the 180€ in my opinion, they look really good but even pk NMD's offer more support and feel more stable.
Gues I'll just pass on 3.0's. Better to cop 1.0's, 2.0's or wait and see if the 4.0's are better.

They already have plenty of those "normie" models. Tubular line is pretty popular as well as the EQT support adv.
The x_plr is clearly made to look similar to the nmd_xr1 so there's that, and the mesh nmd is sort of a pleb version of the r1 pk
I'm pretty sure adidas is reeling in quite a lot of cash from these cheaper models as well.

I don't think Inikis appeal to the masses due to the retroish upper. They'll just stick to the mesh NMD's since the price point is about the same and the NMD is generally known to be more popular and hyped so normies want to be a part of that.
