No. Unless you bleach them aka make them white artificially. Teeth yellow because dentin, which is under a layer of enamel, is naturally yellow. As this layer breaks down throughout the years, your natural dentin becomes to shine through. This causes the yellowing effect. The enamel that has been damaged or lost doesn't grow back, so the only way to make your teeth appear "white", is to do it artificially. However, unless your teeth are a very pungent yellow, people don't really tend to care as much as you might think. Just brush your teeth and floss to take care of them and that'll help with bad breath as well. Being realistic, having fresh breath and yellowish teeth really isn't a big deal. Any girl who will turn you down because of your teeth color is too shallow to be worth your time anyways. That's just my 2 cents tho.
