Short sleeve shirt and a tie makes you look like a nerd. Im talking 60s era AV club type nerd. Aside from casual shirts, long sleeves rolled up looks aesthetically pleasing to most.

If you never wanna advance in your business field wear a fucking short sleeve button down. They are so incredibility unprofessional and ugly looking most everyone important will think less of you.
