Please help, I have no idea what to wear in the summer because I have kinda bad gyno, I need to wear a jacket on top of a shirt/t shirt to hide them but i don't know what to wear.
Would something like pic related be okay?
Please, please help.

you should take estrogen inhibitors to get rid of gyno, no surgery.

doesn't oversized stuff from thicker material work?
also, eat foods that lower estrogen like button mushrooms and carrots.
stop eating soy and nuts and whatever raises estrogen and is high in fat.

I wouldn't know where to get those from, my doctor sees it as a cosmetic procedure and won't help unless i'm willing to pay 4 grand privately.

It's nearly summer though and I want to avoid the YOU MUST BE BOILING UNDER THERE comments

estrogen inhibitors are just supplements that body builders use to nuke their estrogen. Something like PES ERASE pro, just avoid any that raise DHT because that stuff can cause balding.
Btw it's not that bad, women don't care about gyno on men as much as men care about it on themselves and other men.. It's a masculinity thing, like how women post in thinspo threads (a girl thing)
Btw I know a guy who had hard gyno and he took e inhibitors for it and they disappeared.
it's created by excess estrogen so it can't be permanent, just lower e.

I'll have to look in to it further, I'm skinny fat so I'm hoping exercise will solve it

i meant oversized tees from thicker material or denim shirts for that matter

yes, excess fat can raise estrogen definitely. also, smoking marijuana.
e inhbitors are cheap and safe, i'd try before surgery.
