Definetly bring jackets for all weathers. Good that you're bringing a raincoat, but definetly bring something warmer as well. April is really unpredictable out. It can range from -10 degrees celsius to +20 degrees in april here in Sweden. Overpack for every possible weather you can think of.

Trouville is the only worthwhile place to visit in that part of Normandie. Not kidding. Manche is really nice though, as well as Bretagne.
In Belgium Bruges, Brussels and Antwerpen. A'dam is cool too. Bring a raincoat, otherwise leave your shitty clothes home and buy something nice from Paris and Antwerpen.
Weather is already now hitting +20c in Paris, and it will be somewhere between +10 -+20 c in all of the locations.
