compression undershirt?
try to get insurance to cover the surgery if you can't afford it or start saving money
otherwise try shirt with t-shirt under or shirt with a sweater over

have you considered surgery? might be an option if it's that bad
I have somewhat manboobs, mostly just from being fat though. I would hide them by just wearing dark clothes, never lighter than grey, and usually somewhat baggy. I've been losing weight though and my moobs are shrinking.
hey OP a good friend of mine had gyno up until he got surgery about a month ago. He's way more confident with his body and a lot happier -- i would suggest starting to save up to afford the surgery if its affecting your daily life this much.
PS i would say you're probably hyper aware of the issue and in reality people don't notice as much as you think they do
Same homie
worse is that I have big puffy brown nipples that show through thin and light colored t-shirts

hi /femgen/
Take HRT or cut them off.
And by them I mean your balls and dick.
I've had it for over 5 years and I finally decided to get surgery in a few months. I usually wear bro tanks under all my shirts & I know the feeling you get from not being able to wear certain clothes as a result. Surgery is around $7K. I will be saving half of it over the next few months and financing the rest. They won't go away no matter how fit you get.
