you've got sun so that's pretty good for tomatoes/peppers/a lot of veggies, you'd just need to be able to water frequently and make sure the plants don't burn

You'll have to check the composition of the soil (grain size: sandy, loamy, clayey) and how much water it holds. Then you check which plants could grow there.
