Is it /fa/ to shave your neck? If so how do you do it where it

I use a detailer to shave my neck just above the adam's apple (1-2 fingers above) , and then use a foil shaver to get it really close.

My neck breaks out if I wet shave even every other day, so combining the two electric razor's has worked for me. Plus, if you get something that works for you, you'll cut down on shaving supplies.

Also, check youtube, there's quite a few videos that show how to define a neckline.
