OMAD. When I was still drinking caffeine it was 700 and that was fine. Then I stopped and it went up to 900 which was okay. yeah, I go in waves also with it. I get to a certain point on the scale and then tell myself I need to get back on track. that's kind of how i maintain, I go down like 3lbs under my goal and then trickle back up and when I get close to my goal, then I stop drinking beer and eat better until I get down a few more pounds again.

One of the only saints I know and whose day I always remember
because when I was still impressionable and younger i was told to accept him as my patron saint.

Helped me in times when I felt I couldn't walk anymore because of pain

Nope. High fat, low carb, and MODERATE protein. for a couple reasons.

1. high fat because its what gives you satiety and produces ketones which are good for all kinds of shit: see >>12324223

2. High protein will make you liver convert the exess protein into glucose completely defeating your attempts to enter ketosis and killing health gains and the improvement to weight loss you would see had you not eaten so much protein

3. This is a little semantics but high fat high protein is sort of technically impossible. If you're eating 50/50 fat-to-protein then neither is high. If you're eating 55/45 then one is high and the other is moderate at best.

Aim for 60-75% fat, 15-30% protein, and 5-10% NET carbs (carbs - fiber) which is calculated by calorie, not grams. To make it easy I use fatsecret.com because it does the breakdown for you although you have to go to setting and turn on net carbs then do math to see what you actual net carb percentage breaksdown to. MUCH easier than all the math you'd have to do otherwise.

Get magnesium supplement, bulksupplements is GOAT magnesium. Stay hidrhatted. Get adequate sodium so it stays in you and not goes right into the toilet.

I have a namesday for the saint my parents chose to give watch over me and for me look at as one of my first examples on how to lead a righteous life.
God is not forgotten by doing this at all or not held as the almighty power and only God.

I lift everyday I'm pretty sure I know what kind of shoes to wear...I bring my track shoes if I'm gonna jog on cardio days but I usually hit the elliptical for about 10 minutes and vans/converse is just fine for that because there's no impact. Wouldn't wear those on treadmill though. I've had foot problems before from shitty shoes, not fun

This. But remember anon, your tendons do not recover as quickly as your muscles. If you feel pain or ANY discomfort its NO GOOD. You're overextending. Back off. It may feel easy. Good. It's supposed to be comfortable. You'll make progress at and acceptable rate and not injure yourself. Go slow because you can fuck your tendons up for life. The is no such thing as overloading in calisthenics. Just gentle betterment that yields great results over time.
