untucked oxfords are perfectly fine in any casual setting. Just make sure you're not wearing an actual dress shirt that has a long hem to be tucked in

If you've really asking yourself if it's "douchy" to tuck your shirt in, you probably shouldn't wear shirts at all. They are obviously not for yo. They are for the grown up boys.

chinos - tuck (if flannel - dont tuck)
jeans - dont even wear oxfords with them (flannel - tucked, untucked goes too)
