I've been looking all over the internet (on most relevant sites) for a pair of pants much similar to those showed in the pic. Are there anyone round here who knows where to buy similar to those shown?

The pair in your picture are joggers but for a cleaner look I would recommend going with a pair of slacks and having them tailored/speak to your tailor about the modification you want to make. I think there are not to many pants like this.
