Do not wear these shoes, let alone with a suit. Way too casual. Light brown shoes can work fine with navy but holy shit not these ugly clogs. The leather has no shine or texture, it's just flat. The blue laces and sole are very tacky as well. You're best off just going with the brown shoes in the background, but those don't even look that great either.
