for most of my casual fits i wear midrise or high waisted jeans with a relaxed fit top tucked in. not unlike OP but with flat boots, not heels.
also have similar body to OP but working on losing more.
It makes sense. I've had it with belt buckles ripping holes into my fav T-shirts.
