Op when it comes to incorporating something eccentric like this, it'll be up to you to make it work. That's where style comes from. Pushing your boundaries in a way that when you pull back the most interesting parts stick and the shitty parts leave.

They're cool. I've always wanted some, but just never picked any up.

I've seen people attempt to work stranger things into outfits. I'm sure it can be pulled off without looking too cringe/cosplay-ish.

i see these puttees threads pop up every day and never any fits posted. am i the only one that actually owns & wears puttees?

just wear fatigue pants or trousers or something whats the big deal? just dress how you would if you wanted to go out in the woods for a while or walk in the cold. have a little fuckin confidence in your ability to dress, nobodys gonna point at you and laugh.
